The Hottest Ticket in Town: Thoroughly Modern Broadway
IE’s newest signature production!
 The shows and the music of Thoroughly Modern Broadway all have something in common besides the long lines outside the theaters in New York. This new production showcases the best of the current Broadway hits. A common theme in the shows you see On Broadway today is “empowerment” and the rise to significance. Unforgettable characters tell the story of becoming the monumental figures they were destined to be, and inspiring audiences along the way. With Thoroughly Modern Broadway, special event theater has also evolved into something that was unimaginable only a few years ago! This central theme of inspiration is a moving and entertaining way to motivate and unite a group at your gala.
 The newest, hippest, toe-tapping music of today’s Broadway are all featured in this stunning production that will leave a long lasting impression on your audience. For over a decade, audiences across the globe have been astounded by the talented performers in Imagination Entertainment’s beloved show On Broadway. Now, just like the characters of today’s Broadway mega-hits, IE’s Broadway entertainment offering has evolved. Come with us on this fantastic voyage... we’ll dive under the sea and fly high in the air where only your imagination is the limit and the experience is spectacular.
Vertical Walking
 We enjoy being challenged with unusual entertainment requests, and a recent launch event for a San Diego luxury condo project presented a unique set of challenges. The event producer, Southwest Showtec, and Imagination Entertainment worked together to present acrobats rappelling down the front of the 32-story building. The production required many hours of rigging, lighting and rehearsal. The finished product was an uncompromised success – guests and passerby alike were amazed at the site of our performers skillfully and seemingly effortlessly coming down the side of the tall building.
iL CiRCO’s “Viaggio” Set
 Adding a new and visually thrilling dimension to the Viaggio show, we have introduced a gorgeous new stage set. The fantasy shapes and colors fill the stage, in a design that takes the audience to a world of imagination as they join the journey through a child’s dream where she makes a life-changing visit to the circus. The set made its premiere during a nationwide tour of Mexico.
Scott Holdridge, the set designer, worked with the art department of the San Diego Opera to create this dramatic set that changes completely when lighting effects are added. This gorgeous set can be incorporated into both corporate events and touring shows as well as themed events, to add the perfect element of whimsy.
Staff Profile: Kristie Heinze, Art Director
 Kristie gives Imagination Entertainment our signature look. She creates and oversees the production of websites, videos, graphics and other artistic materials for Imagination Entertainment. Kristie earned her B.S. in Multimedia Arts and Animation from the Art Institute of California, and she has a wide range of work experience, including art direction, graphic and web design, production art, animation, audio/video production and editing, and illustration.
Kristie’s training in traditional animation has left her prone to drawing cartoons of her co-workers and friends whenever she feels the urge. She is an avid dancer and musician as well, known for doing the splits, breaking into a soft-shoe routine, or playing her mandolin at unexpected moments. She is originally from the east coast, and enjoys watching Penn State football, storm-chasing, snowboarding, and going to as many concerts as possible.
From South Pacific to the Andrews Sisters and More
 Our patriotic tribute to the USO now has more options to infuse your audience with pride, as we salute the classic variety show performers who have entertained our troops throughout the last 60 years. Our wide range of USO-style productions range from “Andrews Sisters” style shows to hour-long performances with celebrity impersonators, big band musicians, pin-up style  dancers, and comedy acts. We can add South Pacific-inspired elements with Broadway-caliber performances and a Polynesian feel. Each show can be customized to include specific acts, audience participation, and to recognize different branches of the military. This fun and patriotic show is the perfect entertainment choice for Americana-themed events and military venues such as an Officer’s Club. Our team will work with you to create the perfect production for your event.
